2020 B Floral Bouquets

Although 2020 brought so much fear and uncertainty, it definitely brought some of the most beautiful bouquets. We were so fortunate to have a few small weddings that kept us going and creating. Here are some of them. Let me know which is your favorite!

I will never forget this bouquet or this sweet, sweet couple. I delivered this bouquet to their planner Tabitha Roberts of Roberts & Co. with a bandana wrapped around my face and rubber gloves on my hands. It was the week of the shut down. Kar…

I will never forget this bouquet or this sweet, sweet couple. I delivered this bouquet to their planner Tabitha Roberts of Roberts & Co. with a bandana wrapped around my face and rubber gloves on my hands. It was the week of the shut down. Karen and Justin’s wedding venue just closed to all outside events. The entire team was scrambling and trying to make something great out of such a heartbreaking situation. Love conquered all and this lovely couple got married in a ceremony for a few instead of the original 150. They were able to get some beautiful photos surrounded by cherry blossoms. This micro wedding took place at the Spanish Steps in DC and was captured so beautifully by Alicia Lacey Photography. Definitely one of my favorites.

This gorgeous bouquet was perfect for the outdoor wedding at the National Arboretum. Local dahlias, loose greenery and textural elements were fabulous, but the unique color scheme really made this one stand out. Photography by Lisa Blume Photography

Summer wedding at Morais Vinyard

This beautiful summer vineyard wedding was planned and designed by Tabitha Roberts of Roberts and Co. and took place at Morais Vineyard in Virginia.  B Floral had the pleasure of providing the flowers.  The bride had one request, include sunflowers in the designs.  The challenge was then to mix elegant flowers with more casual summer flowers, such as the sunflower.  The designs came together beautifully and was selected by Style Me Pretty Editors' as one of the "Best of 2015".

Read more about this wedding and see more images by the very talented Joey Kennedy of Joey Kennedy Photography in the latest edition of Washingtonian Bride and Groom magazine.  On news stands now through fall 2016.

Congratulations to this wonderful couple!

Engagement Story

Every couple has a story.  How they met, how the relationship progresses and eventually how they become engaged.  Whether it's on one knee at a favorite restaurant or at the top of a mountain after a long hike.  Whatever the story is, it will become part of the fabric that you weave together.  The lifelong story that will be told over and over to your family, friends, and children.  I love the story of how this beautiful couple met.  I had the pleasure of working with them and creating a romantic wedding filled with red roses.  Read the entire story featured here on Washingtonian and enjoy the incredibly beautiful images by Alicia Lacey Photography
